The Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office is responsible for the operation of four jails within the Sheriff's Office Campus on Hackett Road. The average daily incarcerated population of approximately 1,500 is supervised by over 300 Custodial Deputies, Sergeants, Lieutenants, and 2 Captains.
